You must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal; sharing access or misrepresenting your identity is prohibited.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Please avoid anything illegal, hateful, or fraudulent. We may suspend accounts that break these guidelines or harm other travellers.
SevenSkies now focuses on itinerary design, collaboration, and budget tracking. Any reservations (flights, hotels, activities) remain between you and the external provider you choose.
When linking to partner sites, please verify their pricing and policies directly. We no longer store or manage booking confirmations inside the platform.
We collect only the data required to operate your account, improve recommendations, and provide support. Full details are outlined in the privacy section below.
You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion by contacting [email protected]. Deleting core account information may limit access to past trips or invoices.
Do not attempt to scrape data, reverse engineer the platform, or bypass security controls. We reserve the right to disable abusive integrations or rate-limit automated traffic.
Community spaces, including trip comments and shared itineraries, should remain respectful. Spam or harassment will be removed without notice.
Paid registrations include a platform fee: 30% for the first five completed trips, 20% for trips six through fifteen, and 10% thereafter. Creator points may further reduce the fee during the following quarter.
Disbursements are routed via the organiser's connected payment account. Chargebacks or disputes may pause future payouts until the case is closed in accordance with local regulations.
Organisers who collect payment and fail to deliver a trip may be permanently banned. SevenSkies may preserve records and share account data with relevant authorities when formally required by law.
SevenSkies acts as the payment intermediary for escrow-protected group trips, not as the travel agent. Platform liability is limited to the escrow amount still held at the time of a verified claim.
False advertising, major differences from the published itinerary, chargebacks, or fraud complaints can trigger immediate payout suspension, partial refunds, or full refunds at platform discretion.
