SevenSkies is built for global travellers. By using the platform you agree to the rules below so every journey stays secure, fair, and inspiring.

1. Using SevenSkies
You must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal; sharing access or misrepresenting your identity is prohibited.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Please avoid anything illegal, hateful, or fraudulent. We may suspend accounts that break these guidelines or harm other travellers.
2. Trip planning & external reservations
SevenSkies now focuses on itinerary design, collaboration, and budget tracking. Any reservations (flights, hotels, activities) remain between you and the external provider you choose.
When linking to partner sites, please verify their pricing and policies directly. We no longer store or manage booking confirmations inside the platform.
3. Privacy & data protection
We collect only the data required to operate your account, improve recommendations, and provide support. Full details are outlined in the privacy section below.
You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion by contacting [email protected]. Deleting core account information may limit access to past trips or invoices.
4. Cookies & tracking
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect against fraud. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. Use the cookie manager in the footer to accept, reject, or customise your preferences at any time.
5. Fair conduct
Do not attempt to scrape data, reverse engineer the platform, or bypass security controls. We reserve the right to disable abusive integrations or rate-limit automated traffic.
Community spaces, including trip comments and shared itineraries, should remain respectful. Spam or harassment will be removed without notice.
6. Platform fees & payouts
Paid registrations include a platform fee: 30% for the first five completed trips, 20% for trips six through fifteen, and 10% thereafter. Creator points may further reduce the fee during the following quarter.
Disbursements are routed via the organiser's connected payment account. Chargebacks or disputes may pause future payouts until the case is closed in accordance with local regulations.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-product and through email when possible.

Privacy at a glance
- We store encrypted authentication tokens and essential profile data (name, email, language, currency).
- Trip information and uploaded assets are private by default. You choose what becomes public.
- Analytics are aggregated and anonymised. We never sell personal information to advertisers.
